Is your style for us?

We want you to be happy with your session. So this is an important question—especially since there are so many photographers out there from which to choose. If all you want and nothing more is to have that “one” highly orchestrated portrait to hang over the mantel where everyone is posed and has eyes/faces forward looking directly into the camera…we are probably not for you. There is nothing wrong with this approach, but we want to tell your story of you and your family with as much authentic connection as possible. We deliver 35 or so images that tell that story. There will be one or two you can certainly hang over the mantel, but ideally, the story of this moment in time with your loved ones will live in many ways: in an album, with gifts, and with various artwork for the walls around your house and office. There are many photographers out there who will gladly take your money for that “ONE” cookie cutter portrait, but if you are looking for something a little different and authentic that will grow in meaning over the years, we hope you give a Lumina Life session a try. Our hope is that you will wonder why you waited so long!
